Cranbrook is one of the most picturesque small towns in the Weald and renowned for its eclectic mix of shops, cafes, restaurants, boutiques etc. And a large range of amenities. What attracted you to the property ?
The house was pretty much ready to live in, new kitchen, generally is light bright and airy, loved the garden and outside space.
What improvements have you made to the house ?
We have redecorated laid new wool carpets ( in 2019 ), refitted the bathroom, added an observation hole in kitchen wall plus an additional window to the extension to draw in more natural light and installed new double glazing.
What have you enjoyed about living there ?
Garden is lovely all year round due to artificial grass, neighbours have been lovely, the local area has all the good basics.
