I’ve truly loved living in this ground floor flat, and i’m sure you will too! The spacious, airy rooms were what first won me over, along with the lovely garden view – the shared garden is private and not overlooked. The well-designed kitchen makes cooking a joy, and the garage adds an extra touch of convenience. Most of the flat was redecorated recently so it's ready to be moved into. Since I work from home, i’ve especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of our cul-de-sac. The neighbours are friendly, and a lovely mix of first time buyers, older people downsizing and the fact that many people have lived here for years is a testimony to the place. The maisonette is perfectly located within easy reach of shops, the train station, the city centre, and the A331/M3 (but great bonus is that we don't hear the railway, the motorway or the airport!).

These are great maisonette's! Low service charges, a convenient location and it's in great order too. Having no chain is a huge bonus too!

Area Comment:
Thinking of moving to Farnborough? This is a lively town full of community spirit and offers fantastic transport links (just 38 minutes to London Waterloo by train!), and junction 4a for the M3. There's also lovely green spaces like Queen Elizabeth Park and Hawley Woods & Lake. If you're an aviation enthusiast (We have Farnborough Airport!), or just looking for a well linked town to call home, Farnborough could just well be it!
