Deanshanger is a village and civil parish located in West Northamptonshire, England, situated 5 miles northwest of Milton Keynes and 50 miles north of London, easily accessible from Milton Keynes Central Rail Station a ten-minute drive away with access to London Euston in 35 minutes. Historically, it developed an industrial base during the Victorian era and was the site of a large iron foundry, but has since transitioned to a more residential community with a village green, primary school, and modern housing alongside older properties.
Deanshanger has a strong community spirit, supported by a village hall, community centre, and a sports and social club. The village is served by a primary school and the Elizabeth Woodville School, a secondary school with campuses in both Deanshanger and the nearby village of Roade
