From the offices of gl & Co Estate Agents in Lower Street, Pulborough proceed in a westerly direction to the first mini roundabout, go straight over and onto the next roundabout and take the first exit left going over the bridge and onto the A29. Continue along the A29 until you enter Coldwaltham and take the turning on the left into Brook Lane. Situation

Coldwaltham is a small village about two miles south of Pulborough beside the A29. Coldwaltham boasts a village hall, a pub, a church and St. James C.E. Primary School for ages 5-11(). Pulborough is a larger village on the northern bank of the River Arun with a good variety of local shops including butchers, hairdressers, a florist, a tea shop, public library, dentists, a Primary Health Care Centre, a Tesco store and Sainsbury's.
