Owners Insight
"We lived in this lovely home for four years and feel incredibly grateful for our time there. The ever-changing views over the trees and out to sea are truly breathtaking - peaceful, calming, and always a joy. It’s wonderfully quiet (something we noticed right away), yet never feels remote, with a few friendly neighbours close by. It’s an easy walk to Wellswood for coffee or essentials, and not far into Torquay for restaurants, cafés, the gym or a night out. Meadfoot Beach is also nearby - great for a swim, paddle board or yoga session. The house itself is very easy to live in: Low maintenance, lots of storage, plus a garage and driveway. A really special place to call home."
