Description
From the junction of Cotton End Road there is a galvanised steel field gate that is approximately 80 metres along Ivy Lane opposite number 5 providing access, with high hedges along the roadside giving a good degree of privacy. The plot has been in the same family ownership for decades and historically it was used as a pony paddock, with the small timber barn that is opposite the entrance by the far (western) boundary that is now in poor condition, used as a stable. Without grazing in recent years the ground has become overgrown with brambles and several self seeded trees.
