Agents Comment
This is an excellent and exceptionally well looked after property. On approach, my first impression was of a very well presented front with excellent kerb appeal. I really like the gravelled front garden and small border hedge. Also, the street is very quiet with very little traffic and offers excellent views over the distant hills. The neighbouring properties are all very tidy and well kept.
Once inside the property it feels light and natural, with some nice wood features like the staircase and balustrade - the sitting and dining room is very spacious with the glass patio doors looking out to the rear garden. The kitchen is well designed and can accommodate a small table. Conveniently there is a downstairs WC. The stairs and landing are particularly attractive with natural wood features and the upstairs flows well.
The rear garden is perfectly private and a great place for outdoor dining and entertaining. It can easily provide for a dining table on either the upper decking or the lower terrace. With the patio doors and downstairs toilet, its a wonderful place to have large gatherings of family and friends. The garage and driveway provide parking for two cars, with the street allowing for further parking.
