Victorian three bedroom end of terrace family home
Breens are delighted to present this beautifully modernised three bedroom end of terrace Victorian home, perfectly positioned on Cavendish Road in the very heart of Highams Park Village.
This charming period property has been thoughtfully updated by the current owners, blending timeless character with a fresh, contemporary finish – making it an ideal choice for a growing family. From here, you’re just a short stroll from Highams Park Overground Station, connecting you directly to Liverpool Street in under half an hour, while the village’s vibrant mix of independent shops, cafés, and restaurants are right on your doorstep.
Cavendish Road is a sought-after residential turning, moments from the leafy open spaces of Highams Park itself, as well as the picturesque Lake. Families are particularly drawn to this area thanks to its excellent choice of schools, both primary and secondary, all within easy reach.
An early viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate this wonderful home.

Owners Comments:
"We bought our house five years ago and chose Highams Park as the perfect, leafy and safe area to start a family. We made a few improvements, such as a loft conversion to make the most of the south facing garden which we also paved with flagstones. We re instated the front garden wall with reclaimed London brick, added the gate and tiled the garden path in the original Victorian style.

We love this elegant, perfectly proportioned house, it is cosy in the winter and bright and open in the summer. Our neighbours are wonderful and the sense of community on the road couldn't be better. We have sadly outgrown the house and are choosing to move out of London. Although the surrounding woods and Epping are a London secret I hope won't be shared."
