What do you love most about your home/property?
Excellent light in front and back of the flat. South facing roof terrace. The best thing about this top floor flat is that the bedrooms are quiet because they are away from neighbours and therefore good for sleep and rest.

Why are you selling?
We are moving abroad. Otherwise we would have happily stayed!

What do you love about the area?
Excellent tube (zone 1: Nine Elms (5 mins walk), Vauxhall, Stockwell and Oval)/bus/overground links. Large Sainsbury's and Waitrose in walking distance. Brixton, Kennington, Clapham and Battersea Power Station in proximity (this area is undervalued!).
