Owners Insight

"When we moved here, what struck us most was the balance between convenience & peace. The house is just a short stroll to the supermarket, local shops, and even a lovely pub, which makes day-to-day life so easy. At the same time, it’s tucked away from traffic. Getting around has been a real benefit too - the South Devon Highway is only minutes away, so reaching Exeter or nearby towns is quick & avoids the usual traffic within the town.

The neighbourhood has such a welcoming, family-friendly feel, with a park & playground nearby where the children love to play, and the area has always felt very safe.

One of our favourite features is the garden. It’s spacious, completely private, with sunshine throughout the day. We’ve had many barbecues & relaxed afternoons out there, especially with the decking making it perfect for entertaining.

This home has given us comfort, convenience & a wonderful sense of calm - it’s been a place where we’ve built special memories for over 10 years.”
