This well-presented two bedroom apartment sits within a recently built development that blends style with convenience. Designed for contemporary living, it features two bathrooms, offering ease and flexibility for everyday life. Extending from the living area, the private balcony creates a natural flow outdoors and provides a welcome spot to enjoy some fresh air. The location adds to its appeal, with Wood Street Station just a short stroll away, placing the City within easy reach. With its thoughtful layout and up-to-date setting, this home offers a well-balanced choice for those seeking comfort, practicality, and excellent connections in East London.
If you lived here...
The building makes a striking impression with its mix of brickwork, defined balconies, and wide windows. Set within landscaped grounds, the development is framed by lawns, planted borders, and young trees that soften the urban setting. Pathways weave between the buildings, creating an attractive environment with open communal areas to explore.
Inside, the apartment opens with a welcoming hallway, finished with Amtico flooring and offering a useful built-in storage cupboard. Continuing along the hallway leads to the main bedroom, a generously sized room with a fitted wardrobe and the added benefit of direct access to an ensuite. Finished with full-height tiling and a generous shower enclosure, the ensuite combines practicality with a clean, fresh look. Further along is the second double bedroom, also filled with natural light, its neutral palette creating a restful and versatile retreat. A separate bathroom continues the theme with tiled walls, a bath, and an overhead shower, arranged to provide both comfort and balance.
At the heart of the home lies a bright open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, designed to maximise natural light. Expansive windows and a glazed door illuminate the interior and lead directly to the balcony, establishing a seamless connection between indoors and out. Spanning much of the apartment’s width, the balcony provides ample room for seating and planting, making it an inviting place for both relaxation and entertaining. Together, these elements create a home that feels stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for modern living.
The area surrounding the property offers a lively mix of cafés, shops, and greenery, giving a balanced lifestyle. Just minutes away, Dudley’s is a popular neighbourhood coffee spot, while The Flowerpot brings a relaxed atmosphere for casual drinks or dining. Locals also enjoy The Wood Street Bear and Clapton Craft for craft beer, while The Duke is a welcoming pub with a friendly buzz. Wood Street Indoor Market is close by, with its eclectic stalls and vintage finds adding a creative energy to the community. For a more village-like feel, Walthamstow Village is within easy reach, home to favourites such as The Nags Head, The Good Egg, and a cluster of boutiques. Open spaces are plentiful too, with Lloyd Park nearby and the vast Epping Forest offering woodland walks and natural escapes, from shaded trails to Hollow Ponds, where boating and waterside strolls bring a change of pace.
What else?
Wood Street Station is just a 4 minute walk from the property, placing the City within easy reach with direct trains running straight into Liverpool Street. The station also provides convenient access to Walthamstow Central, where the Victoria Line opens up fast connections across London. For those who prefer to walk, Walthamstow Central is around twenty minutes on foot, adding flexibility to your daily journeys.

A word from the owner...
"My partner and I have absolutely loved living here. Our neighbours are lovely, and we’re always in touch with each other to help out or have a chat. The flat being so new means that everything works smoothly and we’ve not had to deal with any teething issues or breakdowns! Outside of our flat, we’ve loved having everything we need at our doorstep, from pubs and breweries, bakeries, brunch spots (shout out Dudley’s!), an overground station for getting into London, and Hollow Ponds for a peaceful retreat within minutes. It’s great having Walthamstow Village close by too; we’re spoiled for independent shops, delis, and great pubs. We’ve made some amazing memories here, so we’ll be sad to leave!"
