An attractive house, built by Redrow, it has a covered porch with a light leading to a hall with tiled flooring and a cloakroom – also with a tiled floor. There is a large south-facing sitting room and a spacious and well-fitted kitchen/dining room which is extensively fitted with modern units with tiled splashback. The house benefits from UPVC double glazing and gas central heating.
Outside
The rear garden backs onto playing fields and, being level and enclosed, is ideal for young children and pets. There is a patio, lighting, power points, a tap, and a gate giving access to the drive. The private driveway has parking for at least two cars and leads to the detached garage.
Directions
Leave the town centre along Silver Street and go past the church on the left. Continue to the outskirts of the town and turn right into Butts Road. Thackeray Close is the second turning on the left and the house will be found in front of you.
