A note from the current owners...our lovely family house is seeking new owners to make it a home after we fly the nest. It's perfect for a couple or growing family.
When we bought it in 2022, we loved its traditional features (high ceilings, fireplaces, door handles and the like). Since then, we've given it a bit of a cosmetic makeover (converting our garage into a modern space, painting the whole house and putting fresh carpets in upstairs) to complement the period charm and create a homely blend of old and new.
Our 3 yr old loves roaming around the large dining room and extension which allows for plenty of space for his toys, and our south-facing garden where he helps to collect apples from our trees during the summer. The kitchen retains lots of traditional charm and is a focus for all the family.
The house is situated within walking distance of the town centre, close to local supermarkets and Wallington train station, which has easy access to London Bridge and Victoria as well as lots of local parks and outdoor space.
We're sad to be moving to be closer to relatives but really hope a new family finds happiness here. Joey, Kay and Leo
