Seller's comments...
Chalvey Road has been our home for over 20 years and this is where our children lived and grew up, and in which our grandchildren were born. We have many happy memories to take with us as we move on to the next chapter of our lives.
It is a well-loved family home and we have made improvements over the years including the addition of a conservatory, which last year we converted into a room that can now be used all year round. It overlooks the pretty garden which gets the sun from lunchtime onwards, and benefits from two separate patio areas. This has been a labour of love over the years, enjoying fruit from the fig, apple and cherry trees every Summer and growing plants in the greenhouse. The lounge is big with plenty of room for a growing family and the open fire is a lovely feature, many a cosy evening has been spent here. We extended the driveway meaning up to three cars can be safely parked off road.
Chalvey Road is a great, convenient location within easy reach of town, local primary and secondary schools, an important factor when we moved here. The train stations, gp surgeries, and Bicester Village are all within a ten minute walk, and there is also a local bus service into town from the end of the road.
We hope whoever gets to call this house home next, will be as happy here as we have been.
