This room benefits from fitted wardrobes and a stylish en suite shower room. Two further double bedrooms, each with fitted storage, are served by a family bathroom. An adjoining study provides an excellent home office, while abundant under-eaves storage enhances practicality.
Externally, the outbuilding is currently arranged with stabling and a large workshop on the ground floor, with a versatile upper floor offering potential for a variety of uses. Water and electricity are connected, and there may be scope for residential development (subject to planning). The surrounding land is well maintained, securely fenced and ideally suited for equestrian or grazing use.
Approached through electric gates, the property is served by a sweeping drive leading to an integral double garage and ample additional parking.
