Vendor Comment: Having bought The Dutch House over 20 years ago, we were amazed at how quiet Woodbury Lane was. The hustle and bustle of Whiteladies Road is just at the end of the lane and very convenient for a coffee, pint of milk, trip to a great restaurant, cinema, or walk on the Durdham Downs, all very enjoyable. One of Bristol’s sought after schools (St Johns Primary) is within a very short walk, and our children enjoyed going there. The stunning views from the upper floors offer confirmation of how great the City of Bristol truly is. Additionally, you get up to three parking spaces. With the house comes access to a small community of neighbours who know and support one another, priceless!
We have loved living on Woodbury Lane, but it’s time to move on and offer the house for sale which is a sad time for us.
