I've absolutely loved spending the last 10 years in this place. The best word to describe living in this flat is...it's easy - perfectly located (we walk everywhere from the city centre, to Clifton, to The Downs), warm in the winter and cool in the summer (we feel very lucky compared to our friends in old Victorian buildings), and with a massive loft space that has proved invaluable as we've grown here over the years.
