Beautifully Presented Three Bedroom Bungalow In The Heart Of Yateley
Seller's view
We have lived in this property for 6 years after viewing 7 other bungalows at that time in Yateley. We settled on this one because we loved the wraparound kitchen/dining room/lounge. And I have to say, that’s very much still the case whilst being able to open all the internal doors to “open” the space up when entertaining, we can also close the doors when peace is needed.
We also just love the conservatory and the beautiful light in there and it’s a lovely quiet space too. Speaking of quiet, this is a lovely quiet road ( & nice neighbours ) and the garden is also quiet, secluded and not overlooked from any angle! It truly is the best space that we have ever had and the flow of the bungalow really works, and we have been very happy here. As you probably already know, we are only selling because we want to move to the coast.
Jack’s comments
Set in the quiet and well-regarded Colwyn Close in Yateley, this three-bedroom bungalow really does tick a lot of boxes. It’s a peaceful spot, but you’re still just a short walk from the high street with its cafés, shops and pubs – so you get the best of both worlds.
Inside, the property has a lovely flow. There’s a modern kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living room with log burner, and a sunny conservatory that makes the most of the natural light. All three bedrooms are doubles, with the main bedroom enjoying its own dressing area, which is a real bonus.
My favourite part of the home has to be the open-plan kitchen and dining room. It’s such a sociable space – perfect for family life, Sunday roasts, or gatherings with friends where everyone naturally comes together.
Step outside and you’ll find a low-maintenance garden, ideal if you prefer relaxing in the sun rather than spending weekends on upkeep. On the practical side, there’s driveway parking, plus not one but two garages – a large double and a single – offering loads of storage and flexibility.
Area view
Colwyn Close is one of those quiet little pockets of Yateley that people love to call home. It’s tucked away enough to feel peaceful, yet just a short walk from the high street where you’ve got cosy pubs, independent cafés, and handy shops right on your doorstep.
If you enjoy the outdoors, Yateley has plenty to offer - from scenic walks around Horseshoe Lake to wide open spaces on Yateley Common. It’s a great area for dog walks, family adventures, or just getting some fresh air at the weekend.
Families will appreciate the choice of well-regarded local schools, and for commuters, it’s easy to reach the M3, A30, or nearby train stations at Fleet and Blackwater.
Living in Colwyn Close gives you that perfect mix: A calm, welcoming neighbourhood with everything you need close at hand - the best of both worlds.
All in all, it’s a home that combines comfort, convenience, and a great location – a fantastic opportunity in Yateley.
