About this property
"We’re really going to miss our home on Almorah Road: Morning coffee in the light-filled kitchen, the hum of bees in the summertime garden, watching sunsets and fiesta balloons from the top floor window. And the original parquet! So much love went into restoring that wooden floor – its warm glow will be missed. Our neighbours on Almorah Road are super-friendly – there’s a real sense of community here. And best of all, we’ve had the fantastic Victoria Park on our doorstep, which has been brilliant for dog-walking, and enjoying the green space all year round."
This home
This beautifully finished home homes three double bedrooms over three storeys. On entry, you are met with parquet flooring continuing throughout the ground floor. Moving into the tastefully decorated lounge/diner, filled with natural light from the patio doors and bay window. Continuing through there is a stylish fitted kitchen with handmade birch ply cupboards, tiled flooring and a bespoke sliding door. The first floor hosts a larger double at the front of the home and a second bedroom with large built-in wardrobes overlooking the garden. Both bedrooms are laid with original stripped floorboards. At the end of the hallway is a spacious family bathroom with a four piece suite. Lastly, the second floor has been converted into a spacious bedroom with exposed wooden floorboards.
Outside
This south west facing garden is a small but charming space, perfect for relaxing. There's a patch of green lawn surrounded by flowers and shrubs, with ivy climbing the back wall for extra privacy. It feels like a peaceful spot tucked away in a city neighbourhood, ideal for a alfresco dining.
