Owner Insight

“i’ve lived here for just over four years, and it’s been an amazing place to call home. The building itself has all the charm and character of a period villa, and the apartment has always felt calm and welcoming from the moment I moved in. It’s wonderfully peaceful and I often work here without a single distraction, surrounded by the quiet of the area and the light streaming through the large front windows. The large sash windows are one of my favourite things about the apartment they make the space feel bright and alive on sunny days, yet equally cosy when it rains.

The location is perfect, with beautiful walks to the harbour and Meadfoot close by, and the neighbours are genuinely lovely. I’m only moving because I need a bit more space, but i’ll really miss the tranquillity and sense of calm this home offers.”
