Our Thoughts
Packet House is one of those rare finds that ticks so many boxes. The versatile layout means you can truly make this home your own, whether you need extra bedrooms, a home office, or space for entertaining. The master suite is a standout feature, with its double doors leading to a balcony that offers incredible views over the Humber Estuary-perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with plenty of room for parking, a motorhome sized carport and a well-maintained garden that’s easy to care for thanks to the robot mower. The outbuilding currently used as a gym adds even more flexibility, and the moorings for two boats are a fantastic bonus for anyone who enjoys life on the water.
Owners Thoughts
"We’ve absolutely loved living here-it’s been a dream home for us. The views over the Humber Estuary are something we’ll miss dearly, especially the sunsets from the balcony. The friendly village location has been perfect, with easy access to both Hull and Scunthorpe for work. Now that we’re retired, we’re looking to travel more and need a property that’s easier to lock up and leave, but letting go of Packet House is bittersweet. It’s been a wonderful place to call home, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it as much as we have."
This property is truly one-of-a-kind and offers a lifestyle that’s hard to match. Don’t miss the opportunity to make Packet House your new home!
