Directions
From South Molton take the A361 towards Tiverton. Take the turning onto the B3227, signed Bampton and Molland. Continue to Combesland Cross and turn left to Molland. Continue for approx. 4 miles until you reach the village of Molland. Take the first left by the Beech Tree triangle. Continue and turn right signed Meadow Park. Take the next right and no. 7 will be found on the left hand side. The parking space is the second space on the left at the end of the driveway. The property will be clearly identified by a for sale board.
