Property Details
Why the owner loves the property:
This house is a superb plot and location - which is why it was purchased off plan 12 months in advance. The large south facing wrap around garden has provided lots of options in terms of children playing and growing plants, and the nearby mature trees are protected and give a nice country type feel to the whole cul-de-sac.
The house layout is a good balance of space and has worked really well. The kitchen has has a bistro type table previously for those quick meals, and the loungediner is large enough to have the layout in different configurations. The sofa positioned on the radiator wall in the summer just gives you a great view of the garden into the far corner.
It has been very economical to run and heat, and with south facing rear roof, could easily have solar panels fitted which I never got round to - as well as plenty of space to extend sideways as well. Overall probably the best positioned and located house i've ever owned.
