We have loved living here in Finchampstead and I am very sad to leave but since my now adult children have flown the nest the house is just too big for us.
It has been a great place to bring up my family and has excellent schools within the catchment, including Waverley pre nursery and primary school which is one of the top schools of its kind in Berkshire. The house is located in a cul de sac which leads into Waverley fields which has a small park and is excellent for walking. Waverley way is nice and quiet with good neighbours who don’t invade your privacy but are there if you need them.
California country park is five minutes away with shops, cafes, pubs and transport links all close by. There are two excellent restaurants at California crossroads. I have so many fond memories of Waverley way and couldn’t have wished for a better place to live and bring up my children. The house has a good amount of sun in the garden throughout the day and there is a garage plus 2 spaces on the driveway.
I hope whoever purchases this house will be as happy as we have been.

If you are looking for a well proportioned and located, four bedroom home, then look no further. We think this could be the perfect family home as it has been for our sellers who have summed up perfectly why not only is this a great house, but a great location too.

At the front of this home you have a bright and airy living room with a large bay window which leads through to an open dining room with french doors onto the garden. The kitchen has been recently refitted with an excellent finish as you can tell from the details with, integrated built in appliances and It's got plenty of storage but if you need a bit more space then this home has a separate utility room with access onto the garden and also a cloakroom. Whilst the kitchen is in great condition, we think there could be an opportunity to open it up into the dining room or extending into the garden to create the open plan space that is popular at the moment.

Upstairs there are four good size bedrooms, with the three of them benefiting from built in wardrobes. The master bedroom is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only does it have fitted wardrobes and it's own refitted en suite shower room but we love how spacious and light it feels. The family bathroom has been refitted and finished nicely but there is also plenty of loft space for additional storage.

The rear garden as you can see it a great size and a blank canvas for anyone looking to create their own mark on. Whilst to the front you have side access leading to ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and a garage. Homes like this with potential to add value and extend don't come available very often and especially ones with the benefit of no chain. If you are looking for a home with a big garden and in a great location then this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour.
