It was love at first sight with our home on Bolton drive. Our home is warm and welcoming. From the cosy livingroom with a beautiful view of the woodland to the large open kitchen dining space which has given us many incredible memories. Our home has 3 great sized bedrooms and has been perfect for our family.

The location has been ideal for us. It is a short drive to Reading town centre but not too close to feel busy. We love the semi rural feel and the convenience of have everything you could need on the doorstep. Being a young family, the nurseries and schools have been one of the best perks for us.

We could not have imagined a more perfect first home to have grown our family in. Shinfield meadows has given us a great sense of community too. We have treasured relationships with our neighbours which will follow us to our next home. We are confident that the next owners will fall in love instantly with everything the house has to offer and discover the warmth and comfort that we have in our home.
