Owners Comments
Bradford Close is very quiet and away from the main road, with neighbours who have become good friends over the time here. It is a very light house with large windows, a handy ground floor toilet, large lounge and kitchen/diner. The lounge overlooks the garden, which becomes a lovely space when the double doors are open. We love to spend lots of time in our south facing garden where we get sun all day long. We are well placed for Sydenham station, which is excellent for commuting and nights out. We are also close to Kirkdale and the lovely new cafes that have opened in recent times which we frequent regularly. We enjoy socialising and enjoying a meal in either Dulwich Wood House or the Greyhound both a short stroll away. Forest Hill and Crystal Palace are nearby too. There is a great choice of parks in the area, all within walking distance, with Wells Park on the doorstep. We love Sydenham which is why we plan to stay and are only moving locally.
