Popular village location
An immaculate 5 bedroom detached house with double garage and a high spec interior. Popular village situated between Crewkerne and Beaminster.
A fine example of a modern, detached property that has been significantly upgraded over the years, now offering a very stylish interior which is offered for sale in first class decorative order throughout.
The accommodation is arranged over ground and first floors, with the upstairs in particular offering a degree of flexibility, should the buyers require a specific dressing room for example. 4 bedrooms feature built in wardrobes. The en suite, downstairs cloakroom and main bathroom have all been upgraded, whilst the well specified kitchen/breakfast room features several built in appliances.
Directly at the front of the house has been the addition of a most useful porch that also extends to provide a shelter between the garage and utility room, therefore allowing for the ability to park within the double garage via its powered door and accessing the house without getting wet!

Popular South Perrott lies between Crewkerne and Beaminster, very close to the Dorset border. The village has a thriving village hall that boasts a number of events, clubs, societies, etc. There is a very popular public house a couple of minutes drive to the south, The Winyard’s Gap Inn, famous for its wonderful views.
Nearby Crewkerne has a good range of facilities, together with a Waitrose supermarket and a mainline railway station that has a direct service into London Waterloo, and to Exeter to the west.
Pretty Beaminster is also a very short drive, offering a number of boutique style shops and eateries, with Bridport and West Bay a short drive beyond.
There is off-road parking in the form of a driveway that leads directly to the double garage which has a powered roller door, exceptional internal storage and a door into the extended porch.
There is a small landscaped area of front garden with a low retaining stone wall and a side gate and path opening to the rear. This immaculately tended area is mostly level lawned, together with generous areas of patio and a screened oil tank.
The garden is enclosed to the rear with mature hedging and fencing, making it a safe haven for children and pets. There is a further paved area to the far side, ideally landscaped for a table and chairs as this area will capture the evening sunshine.
