Welcome to Lomond Road – A Comfortable and Spacious Family Home
Summary:
This lovely three-bedroom property offers a fantastic layout, perfect for family living. With a spacious lounge, a living/dining room featuring french doors to the rear garden, and a modern kitchen, it’s a home designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The first floor includes three bedrooms and a shower room, while outside, there’s off-street parking for two cars, a large rear garden with a patio, summer house, and shed. Conveniently located with easy access to bus routes and local amenities, this home is ready to welcome its next owners.
Our Thoughts:
Lomond Road is a property that ticks all the boxes for family living. The two reception rooms provide flexibility, whether you’re hosting guests or enjoying quiet time. The French doors leading to the rear garden create a lovely flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for summer days. The garden itself is a real highlight, offering plenty of space for children to play, gardening, or simply relaxing. With off-street parking for two cars and a location close to bus routes and amenities, this home is practical as well as charming.
Owners Thoughts:
I’ve lived here for four years, and it’s been a fantastic home for me and my family. Raising my two children here has been a joy, and the two reception rooms have been a blessing – they could socialise in one room while I enjoyed peace and quiet in the other. The neighbours are wonderful, and parking on Lomond Road has always been easy. The garden has been a great space for us, and the summer house has been a lovely addition. The only reason i’m moving is because i’m being taken out of the area, but i’ll miss this house dearly.
