This spacious impeccably presented first floor apartment boasts high-specification finishings throughout. A large open plan kitchen, dining and living room is the central hub of this modern home; fitted with wood flooring and a fully integrated statement kitchen. There are two good-sized double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom suite boasts a contemporary style en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. A further shower room of equally sophisticated design can be accessed from the central hallway as can several in-built storage cupboards.
The property has two well-proportioned balconies and secure underground parking with the added benefit of being able to procure on street parking permits. In addition, there is a large secure storage room on the lower level.
Located in the very heart of Hove, Palmeira Avenue is only moments from the beach, promenade and Hove Lawns. The green open spaces of Palmeira Square, Adelaide Crescent and St. Ann’s Well Gardens are all within easy walking distance.
From the fresh coffee and pastries of Baked to the high street stores of the Churchill Centre, when it comes to shops, bars and restaurants there’s no shortage of choice as the amenities and hubbub of Church Road and Brighton City centre are all just around the corner.
Local schools and colleges include Brunswick Primary School, St Andrew’s C of E, Hove Park Secondary, Cardinal Newman, Brighton Girls, Lancing Prep and bhasvic.
Plenty of bus services provide access to all parts of the city as well as nearby outlying villages and Devil’s Dyke, while both Hove and Brighton train stations are under a mile away providing regular mainline links for commuters.
What the owner says...
We’ve loved living in this green and peaceful location so close to the thriving restaurant and bar life of Church Road and the seafront. The apartment’s extensive storage facilitated us moving from a large house to this super modern space with all our possessions neatly arranged. The two balconies facing east and west mean we can choose to sit in sun or shade any time of day in the summer and sit people watching on the Avenue or surrounded by the tranquil garden views enjoyed by the bedrooms at the rear. Great design and insulation have meant very low energy bills and no noise from the other apartments in the block. We will miss the apartment greatly!
