Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Alpraham has been transformed in recent years, with much excellent new build, a recently constructed and opened village hall and a very popular pub which at the time of writing is going through an extensive refurbishment programme.
This lovely home is ideally situated close to the charming market towns of Tarporley and Nantwich, offering convenient access to local amenities, reputable schools, and picturesque Cheshire countryside, all close at hand.
The house has been in the same ownership since 1982 and there is no greater tribute to what a great place this is to live than a 43 year stay!
The house itself is a lovely period residence which has great character and presence. The realistic price reflects the fact that some updating is now required. But wow, this is a super package for the price, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three reception rooms a large garage and a super plot of 0.19 acre with gardens mainly to the side but also the rear. As one would expect of a house this age, there are numerous period features and elements of character.
