  • The south-east dual aspect means the apartment is filled with natural light all day. It always feels bright, airy and welcoming.



  • Both bedrooms are a really good size, making it easy to have space for guests, a home office or just plenty of storage.



  • Being on the fourth floor gives us a lovely sense of privacy. We’re not overlooked and it feels much more peaceful than many homes nearby.
