Moving to this house and this area was honestly the best decision i’ve ever made. I moved in just three weeks before having my first child, and I wanted somewhere with a real sense of community. A place that felt safe, friendly and full of heart. I also wanted a beautiful home with plenty of space to grow our family, and this house has given us exactly that.
All the neighbours are on a first-name basis. They look out for one another and genuinely care. I even made two of them Godparents to my children. That’s how special this community is.
The house itself has it all. A huge open-plan downstairs where the kids can play and the family can all be together without ever feeling cramped. Yet upstairs, every bedroom still feels warm and spacious, with so much storage in every room. With two young children, the extra space for toys, baby bits and everything else has been a lifesaver.
We’ve made a few thoughtful upgrades since moving in to make the house even more comfortable. We added beautiful tiling in the kitchen and fitted extra wardrobes to make the bedrooms more practical without losing their charm. The garden too has had a lot of love poured into it. It’s been carefully polished and planted to create a space that feels peaceful and private, perfect for summer evenings or for the kids to play.
One of my favourite things is the top floor. It’s our peaceful retreat, our own little sanctuary away from the chaos of family life, with lovely views of the brook that runs behind the house.
I’ll be so sad to leave. I honestly saw us being here for many more years. But with our family unexpectedly growing, it’s time for us to find something that fits our new chapter. Whoever moves in next is incredibly lucky. The parks, play areas, woodland walks and friendly faces make this the dream home and location for anyone wanting to raise a family.

This house truly is in immaculate condition throughout with our sellers having looked after it since purchasing from new in 2022. It sits in a fantastic position within Buckler's Park overlooking the playpark and being just a few of minutes walk away from Buckler's Forest. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so many amenities on your doorstep.
These Legal & General Homes really are built to a very high standard, as soon as you are welcomed in, you an immediately tell that this home has been well looked after. To the front you have a well fitted cloakroom but on the opposite side you will find the kitchen which has an excellent finish, not only does it boast stone worktops and full Bosch integrated appliances, our sellers have finished it off with the green herringbone style tiling complimenting the units which we absolutely love.
To the back is where you will find one of our favourite rooms which is the superb, 27ft open plan living and dining room. As you can tell from the details, it's flooded with natural light from the two skylights and its been finished off with a media wall which also gives you extra storage space to the cupboard under the stairs. We love the bi folding doors that lead onto the garden enabling you to have the ultimate entertaining space in the warmer months.
Upstairs on the first floor, this home offers two double bedrooms. The bedroom at the back is a great size has the benefit of built in wardrobes, double windows and it's own en suite shower room. Whilst to the front you have a further double bedroom. One of the things we love about these houses are the bathrooms because the specification is excellent as you can see. Not only is it fully tiled and a good size, but you also have the huge mirror which is both lit and has a heater behind it.
Heading to the top floor you will enter into the impressive master suite that occupies the entire top floor. This is not only a huge space, but also offers a well fitted en suite shower room finished to the same spec as the main bathroom. There is also ample storage with the built in wardrobes and additional cupboard hidden behind the mirror. It's worth noting that these homes also come fitted with Hive central heating control as standard.
The garden is lovely having been landscaped with the tiled patio, it also has outside sockets and access to the rear which leads you onto the two allocated parking spaces. However there is plenty of other parking available for visitors. This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. This really does have to be seen in person to appreciate how superb this home really is. We can't wait to take you on a tour.

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of beautiful woodland walks right on your doorstep. This is perfect is you are a keen cyclist or have a dog but there are plenty of fantastic children's playparks around the development. There is such a great community here coupled also with the recently built Co-op and Hall & Woodhouse pub and restaurant just a few minutes walk away from this home. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and independent local businesses. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
