Owners Comments...
We fell in love with this home the day we moved in 7 years ago. Tucked away in rural suburb of Reading, we settled in so easily. We felt very safe here with a very friendly neighbourhood. We have given a lot of thought to personalise our house to make it a home it is today. The best part is our South facing garden personalised with roses.
With quick links into Wokingham, Reading, London and beyond, living here has never been so much easier and allowed us easy access to everything we need.
Great nurseries and schools mean the area is perfect for families. Excellent local amenities like Sports pitches, Leisure centers and supermarkets makes this area more desirable and convenient.
It’s a really great home that we’ve enjoyed so much, and we’re sure the next owners will love it just as much as we have.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments...
This is a beautifully laid out four bedroom detached home in the heart of sought after Shinfield Meadows, built by Linden Homes only a few years ago. From the moment you step through the stylish glass panel front door, you'll feel the space and light this home effortlessly offers.
The downstairs layout is fantastic! Starting with a bright and airy entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the house. To the front, there's a lovely big lounge with a classic bay window, perfect for cosy evenings or lazy Sundays. Head down the hall and you’ll find not one, but two storage cupboards plus a handy downstairs loo. But the real showstopper is at the back, a massive kitchen/diner stretching across the full width of the home. It’s the ultimate entertaining space, modern, sociable and flooded with natural light and it opens straight out into the south-facing garden, making it ideal for everything from summer BBQs to peaceful morning coffees.
Upstairs you've got four really spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in each. The main bedroom comes complete with an en suite, and there’s a family bathroom right in the centre of the landing for easy access from all the rooms. Thanks to the large window above the stairs, the landing is flooded with natural light too.
Outside, there’s a garage and driveway parking, so there’s plenty of room for bikes, cars, scooters and all the other family essentials.
