For the past five years, we’ve loved living in this quiet, peaceful spot on the edge of the estate. As nature lovers, one of the biggest joys for us has been having direct access to the beautiful nature reserve right next to our home. It really does feel like living in the countryside, even though everything we need is close by.

We’ve put a lot of care and love into developing the house, turning it into a comfortable, functional home with plenty of storage, great spaces for entertaining, and a cosy living room perfect for relaxing at the end of the day in front of the fire.

The new extension has become the real heart of the home. It creates a seamless flow from the living area out into the garden which is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the sunshine. The large windows and bi-fold doors let in so much natural light, and the design really blends the indoor and outdoor spaces into one. It’s given us valuable extra space for our little boy to run around, and it’s ideal for hosting friends and family.

We’re also lucky with our location, there’s only one neighbour next door, which keeps things wonderfully private and peaceful. We often find ourselves watching the local wildlife right from our window, foxes, birds, deer and the occasional cow, which makes it such a special place to be.

Despite the tranquil setting, we’re really well connected, with easy access to the M4, local schools, and all the nearby amenities.

It’s been a wonderful place for us to call home, and we truly hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
