This apartment really is in great condition having been redecorated throughout by our current sellers. Built only in 2019 by Barratt homes, the space offered is fantastic with two good size double bedrooms with ample space for furniture. You've also got a well finished bathroom towards the entrance, but one of the things we love about this apartment are the two large storage cupboards you have in the hallway which is rare to find. The home is flooded with light being on the top floor and has a seriously impressive open plan kitchen and living space with it's Juliette balcony and dual aspect windows. On one side you've got a great kitchen with full built in appliances such as a dishwasher and fridge/freezer with enough space for a dining table. There are two allocated parking spaces outside but ample spaces in thee development for visitors.

Edrich Grange is tucked away at the back of the Cricket Field Grove development which is a small, quiet neighbourhood nestled at the top of Chaplain's Hill within walking distance of Crowthorne High Street. This development was extremely popular from new due to these homes being in such a great spot. There are some fantastic woodland walks just minutes from your doorstep, whilst Crowthorne High Street is only an 11 minute walk away. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School which is also walking distance. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here. You also have access to Swinley Forest on the doorstep which is hugely popular for dog walkers and keen cyclists.
