VendorComment: My brother and I have loved living together on Elliston Road, a place that has been a wonderful home. The neighbourhood and neighbours have such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and it has been the perfect location for our time in Bristol. We have enjoyed being just a short walk from The Downs, which has given us endless opportunities for morning runs, weekend walks, and BBQs in summer. The area has the perfect balance, feeling quiet yet vibrant. We have loved the fact the flat is on the second floor with no noise from above, magnificent views outside the windows and plenty of storage space in the loft. Chandos Road has become a favourite spot for us with its great shops and restaurants, and Whiteladies Road offers so much choice for shops and bars to meet friends. Redland Station being just around the corner has made travelling into Temple Meads for work extremely easy.
We have always felt lucky to live in such a beautiful and convenient part of Bristol, and we hope the next owners will enjoy it here just as much as we have.
Situated on the second (top) floor of a charming Victorian period building, this well-presented two-bedroom flat offers light-filled living spaces and stunning elevated views across the city.
Located in the desirable Redland area, the property is ideally positioned for easy access to Chandos Road, Whiteladies Road, The Downs, and Redland railway station-offering direct links to Temple Meads.
Boasting natural light from three elevations, the accommodation comprises a recently fitted kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. A loft ladder provides access to useful loft storage space.
This chain-free property presents an excellent opportunity for homeowners or investors alike. Early viewing is highly recommended.
