About this property
" I bought this house in 2002, having lived in Bristol since 1999. Totterdown was an “up and coming” area at that time, but it has developed into a really charming and bohemian area of Bristol, which I love. My neighbours are super friendly and everyone is always willing to help each other out, we’ve had some great gatherings on the street, and I have friends for life here. The house has been perfect for me over the years within easy reach of the city centre for work/pleasure, highly recommend! "
The home
A spacious two bedroom house with a large kitchen diner and roof terrace over looking Bristol. There is a reception room at the front of the house with a period fireplace and wood floors which run through to the kitchen diner at the rear. The kitchen/diner is a great sociable space with plenty of space for a table open plan to the kitchen which has plenty of units. There is also a downstairs shower room. Upstairs are two good sized double bedrooms.
The outside
The current owner has installed a fabulous patio and decking to catch the sun, which in summer moves across the garden over the day from one end to another, giving plenty of opportunity to enjoy the weather. The garden is also a great space for entertaining.
