Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
Redrow have long enjoyed a reputation for excellence and this house was constructed in something of a golden era, back in 2003 when plot sizes and general site layout was more spacious than is typical today.
Rean Meadow is a prime address within the village being within walking distance of the village centre and primary school. Remarkably and only emphasising the rarity value this house offers, no detached house has sold in the road for eleven years! So this really is a super buying opportunity. The fact the present owner has been in residence for 23 years proves the point that this is a house you are likely to want to stay in for a long time. It is a home that combines fundamental build quality with warmth and atmosphere.
The house itself offers excellent accommodation, ideal for growing families or those seeking a luxurious downsize into a village location. Notable is the fact that the hallway is large and there are three separate reception rooms. The kitchen was also significantly altered to have a larger open plan feel, additional aspects over the rear garden as well as direct access to it.
At first floor level there are four bedrooms, an en suite and family bathroom. The main two bedrooms have really useful fitted wardrobes. The en suite is unusually large and there is obvious scope to alter the layout so as to make an additional en suite, accessible from bedroom two.
The garden is a real feature having been carefully planned and landscaped and also notably private, not being overlooked and with certainty of future aspect.
Given than it may take another eleven years for a similar house on this road to become available, I recommend an early viewing.
