Owner Insight

“I purchased the property in late 2017, taking my first steps on to the property ladder. Location was a key driver for my first home and the property ticked all boxes. Based in one of the best parts of the Bay within walking distance to the Downs & beaches, as well as having all amenities conveniently located. The property delivered on nearly all fronts comparable to others I had seen before; with the benefits of no properties above or below and a standalone entrance rather than all the apartment or flats i’d previously visited. It was also in a quiet, secure location and benefitted from a much more reasonable service charge than other properties, this was a key factor being a single first time buyer. This has been a fantastic first home for me over the years however, following meeting my partner and starting a family we will need something slightly different but will hold fond memories, hopefully the property will be as good for the new owners as it has been for me.”
