Home Carers Care are the Care Providers based at Kingswood and operate 7 days a week/24 hours a day and the charges are detailed in the cw&C Leaflet, if buyers have no current needs there is an optional Band 1 charge of £6.00 made payable to Cheshire West and Chester Council. All potential purchasers are required to have a care assessment to ensure care needs can be met.

The Development has several communal facilities including an on-site bistro ( closed currently awaiting new provider), hairdressers, activities suite, residents lounge and a Scheme Management Team, pamper and assisted bathrooms for support of the Residents and a guest suite for visiting guests.

Our retirement Development has an age criteria which stipulates residents need to be over the age of 55 and should you own a property or have equity in excess of £125,000 you would look to proceed with Leaseholder availability and would not meet the criteria for renting.
