From the agent's perspective
This property is a real gem for anyone looking for a modern, low-maintenance home in a fantastic location. The layout is ideal for families, with plenty of space spread across three floors. The ground floor is particularly impressive, with a bright and airy lounge that flows seamlessly into the dining kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with integrated appliances and has double doors leading out to the garden, making it a great space for entertaining or keeping an eye on the kids while you cook.
The first floor offers three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, and a family bathroom. The top floor is dedicated to the principal bedroom, which feels like a private retreat with its own en-suite. Outside, the garden is a lovely space with a patio, lawn, and established borders, plus the added bonus of a large hot tub. The off-street parking and electric vehicle charging point are practical touches that will appeal to modern buyers.
The location is another big selling point. Snowden Close is a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular area, and you’re within easy reach of Beverley’s shops, restaurants, and amenities. It’s also well-connected for road links, making it a great base for commuting or exploring the surrounding area.
From the client's/vendor's perspective
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of care into making this house a home. The layout has worked perfectly for us, giving everyone their own space while still having areas where we can come together as a family. The dining kitchen has been a real highlight – it’s such a sociable space, and having the doors open out to the garden in the summer has been brilliant.
The garden has been a great place to relax, especially with the hot tub, and we’ve enjoyed having friends and family over for barbecues and get-togethers. The parking at the front has been really convenient, and the electric vehicle charging point has been a great addition.
We’ve also loved the location. The house is positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac making it ideal to raise a young family or for those that like a quiet road. It is also close to Flemingate, Leisure Centre, allotments and walking distance into Beverley. It’s a friendly neighbourhood, and we’ll miss living here, but we’re excited for the next chapter and hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
