Description:

The land comprises a roughly rectangular plot measuring 24 metres x 43 metres average with an estimated area of 1039 metre square (0.26 acres). Used historically as a burial ground, the site stands remotely and roughly one mile equidistant between Ham Hill Country Park and the village of Odcombe. The site is fully bounded by natural rubble walls of approximately three metre height and accessed from an arched opening inset with heavy iron gates. The site stands in open countryside adjacent to a smallholding with which it shares a gravel surfaced driveway.
