Private outdoor space
"This was my perfect first home– easy, low-maintenance, and cheap on bills. It has bonuses like a utility and parking, but the best feature is the private, sun-trap-in-the-afternoon decking for sure. This is my favorite location in Bristol, central, yet the flat itself is peaceful. I still live up the road now! When I moved, I rented it out instantly, and it's never been empty. I also had a lodger and with the 2 bathrooms it felt spacious. I've loved this flat and the location even more!"
The home
Situated in Armidale Place is this well presented two bedroom apartment. The flat comprises of two double bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite, an open plan living room/kitchen which comes and another separate bathroom suite - the two bathrooms and double bedrooms make it the ideal flat if you wanted to rent a room to a lodger / friend. Finally next to the entrance is the utility cupboard, ideal for additional storage. One of the biggest selling points of this apartment is the private outside space that it comes with the flat and its own allocated parking space in a secure underground car park, which also features secure bike storage. The vendor is also offering to contirbute £1,000 towards the buyers legal fees upon exchange and the flat is offered with no onward chain.
Living in Montpellier
Residents benefit from being within immediate reach of the colourful, independent shops that make this part of Bristol so popular with coffee shops such as The Bristolian, Emmeline, Café Kino and The Crafty Egg all within walking distance whilst local pubs such as The Cadbury, and The Star and Garter also come highly recommended. For commuters, the area is extremely well placed for a short walk or cycle into Bristol City Centre. Buses run frequently along the A38 and train transport is available across the city and to Bristol Temple Meads via nearby Montpelier train station. For those looking for access to green space, the flat is just a short walk from St Andrews Park and the Narroways Nature Reserve in St Werburghs, whilst getting out to the country via the nearby M32 or Temple Meads train station is also straightforward.
