Greater London Properties Presents
An impressive two bedroom apartment set on the third floor with lift of an imposing period building. Located on the popular Brewer Street in the heart of Soho.

The Property
Positioned on the third floor of a well-kept building with the convenience of lift access, this two-bedroom apartment combines modern interiors with a sought-after Soho location.

The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with sleek units and integrated appliances, creating a stylish and practical space for both cooking and entertaining. The living area is enhanced by wooden flooring and high ceilings, while large windows allow an abundance of natural light to stream in throughout the day.

Both bedrooms are well proportioned and versatile. The first offers substantial storage and the second could also be an exciting workspace. The bathroom is finished in a contemporary style with clean lines and modern fittings, offering both functionality and comfort.

The apartment is perfect for owner occupiers, anyone looking to have a bolt hole in London or investors as the property offers great rental returns.

Location and Transport
Located on Brewer Street in the heart of Soho, the apartment places you within moments of the West End’s world-renowned restaurants, theatres, bars and boutique shops. Excellent transport links are also close by, with Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Oxford Circus stations all within easy walking distance, connecting you to the rest of London with ease.

'What The Owner Says'
Living in the heart of Soho has been one of the most exciting and memorable chapters of our lives. It turned out to be not only a vibrant place to live, but also one of the most engaging and welcoming communities we’ve ever been part of. From day one, we loved our apartment - its wonderful entertaining space, open-plan kitchen, and even the back-of-house fire escape landing, provided the perfect setting for parties as well as more intimate dinners and drinks with friends - a true home where you could breathe, unwind, and feel completely at ease. No one ever said no to a party at ours!

Soho living gave us instant access to the best of London - new and exciting bars, fantastic restaurants, and beloved old-school venues like Andrew Edmunds. We loved the spontaneity of being able to wander in off the street and pick up last-minute tickets to world-class West End shows at bargain prices. Beyond the buzz, we also felt the warmth of a tight-knit community: From market stallholders and baristas to the founders of new restaurants, galleries, and societies, we felt truly connected to the beating heart of one of the greatest cities on earth.

What’s more, everything we loved about London was within easy reach. We could walk to St James’s Park, Trafalgar Square and the magnificent St Martin-in-the-Fields, the British Museum, the Southbank, and countless great theatres. For me, as someone who travelled often, it was an unbeatable location - I could land at Heathrow/London City Airport or step off the Eurostar at St Pancras and be home in no time.

We loved every minute of living here and still feel a spark of that Soho energy whenever we pass Randall & Aubin - a must-try local institution right on our doorstep. We hope that whoever takes over 14–16 Brewer Street from us will have an equally wonderful time becoming part of the ever-unfolding adventure that is Soho.
