"Over 40 years ago we looked for a unique, well built, detached house in a good position to make a family home. We fell in love with this house, perfectly positioned on a road full of character with individual houses that rarely came on the market. The lounge was a haven to unwind in. Cool in summer and warm in winter, with views of the Rookeries ever changing with the seasons. Our children and grandchildren were able to play safely in the garden and run around on the Green next door.
