"We have absolutely loved our time at No. 52 Ronver Road - it’s the house that truly became our home. We moved in as an unmarried couple and will be leaving married and as a family of four, taking with us countless cherished memories. From getting engaged in the front room to bringing home both of our babies from the hospital (and introducing them to each other for the first time), this home has been the backdrop to some of our most special moments.

But it’s not just the house that’s special - it’s the road too. Ronver Road has a wonderful community spirit, full of friendly faces and neighbours who look out for one another, and sometimes even their pets! Whether it’s lending or giving away something, helping with small favours, or coming together for local events like the annual Christmas Window Advent Calendar or Autumn Wreath-Making (our son even won a prize this year for his lion-themed wreath!), there’s a real sense of belonging here.

We’ve loved our local amenities too - from the corner shop run by a lovely family we’ve come to know well, to Northbrook Park where we’ve spent countless happy hours, Café Lokum with its delicious chicken shish, and the nearby Baring Road fish and chip shop that people travel miles for.

We’ll truly miss calling this place home, but as our family has doubled in size since we first moved in, it’s time for us to find somewhere a little bigger. Whoever moves in next will be lucky to call 52 Ronver Road their home - we know they’ll love it just as much as we have."
