Description
The site lies on the northwestern side of Alvechurch and is bounded by the Worcester and Birmingham canal to the east and south, the M42 motorway to the north and Callow Hill Road to the west.

Alvechurch is a popular and sought after village in Worcestershire and is about 12 miles to the south of Birmingham City Centre. Alvechurch has a village shopping centre, bus and train services to Birmingham and Redditch. The village also offers both a first and middle school, which are highly regarded along with other amenities.
