The location, the views, the size and the layout, The flat has been a brilliant first home- spacious, practical, and easy to share, with a second bedroom I could rent out and separate rooms that give everyone their own space. I’ll especially miss the views: Sunrise over the City from the kitchen and sunset over Battersea Power Station to end the day.

We’re upsizing.

The location is fantastic - you’re a mile from Battersea Park, Clapham Common and the river, with a park just across the road, plus shops and gyms only minutes away. You’ve also got both Zone 1 and Zone 2 tubes within a 7-minute walk, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in London.
