Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of thought into making the house work for us. The open-plan living space has been a real highlight, giving us plenty of room to spend time together as a family or host friends. The kitchen is one of our favourite parts of the house – it’s stylish, practical, and gets lots of natural light. The garden has been great for summer evenings, especially the covered patio area, which is perfect for sitting out even when the weather isn’t ideal. The location has been brilliant too – everything we need is close by, and the schools in the area are excellent. We’re sure the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.

Beverley is an extremely popular Historic Market Town with a wide range of facilities and special attractions including the Minster, the Westwood and Beverley Racecourse. The town is generally acknowledged as the main retail shopping centre of the East Yorkshire region outside Hull.
