Summary
This beautifully presented semi-detached home sits on a generous corner plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Beverley. With the town centre and local amenities within easy reach, this property offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a move-in ready home. Featuring three bedrooms, a modern shower room, a spacious lounge, and a stylish open-plan dining kitchen, this home is perfect for families or professionals alike. Outside, there’s a large rear garden with plenty of potential, a detached garage with utility space, and a driveway providing ample parking.

Our Thoughts
This property is a real gem and one that we’re excited to bring to market. It’s clear that the current owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making this house a home, with a high-quality finish throughout. The open-plan dining kitchen is a standout feature, offering a modern and practical space that’s perfect for entertaining or family meals. The media wall in the lounge adds a contemporary touch, while the bay window brings in plenty of natural light. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are all a good size, and the shower room has been finished to a luxurious standard.

The outside space is equally impressive. The corner plot provides a larger-than-average garden, which has so much potential for anyone who enjoys spending time outdoors. The detached garage and utility space are practical additions, and the driveway offers parking for multiple vehicles. With its location in a quiet cul-de-sac and easy access to Beverley’s amenities, this property ticks all the boxes for a wide range of buyers.

Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here and are proud of the improvements we’ve made to the house including a new central heating system, a full re-wire, new windows and new front door.. The open-plan dining kitchen has been a real highlight for us-it’s such a versatile space, whether we’re cooking, eating, or just spending time together. The media wall in the lounge has been great for relaxing evenings, and the bay window makes the room feel bright and welcoming.

The garden has been a fantastic space for us, and we’ve enjoyed having the extra room that comes with the corner plot. There’s so much potential for someone to make it their own, whether that’s adding a seating area, planting, or even creating a play space. The detached garage and utility room have been really useful, and the driveway has been ideal for parking multiple cars.

We’ve also loved the location-it’s peaceful and quiet, but everything we need is close by. Beverley town centre is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops, schools, and other amenities nearby. We’re sure the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
